Want to Become a Foster Parent? |

| The local Humane Society is in need of foster parents for Labrador Retrievers puppies and adults. These Labs will eventually go to Labs for Rescue, a group who places Labs in homes all over the country. This is great for our shelter animals that are healthy and adoptable. The rescue groups cannot take an animal directly from the shelter, therefore the need for foster parents. The Humane Society will pay for food, shots and any other expenses associated with the pets while in your care. The only requirements from you are time and, of course, love. An animal can only stay at the shelter for 14 days before it is “put down.” If you have a fenced yard or inside area where you can keep one or more of these animals temporarily, please call Alice Nunn at 780-9037. |
